Job Highlights
Installation and calibration of instruments
Installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
Interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams
Read and examine engineering drawings
Preform predictive and preventive maintenance including function checks of control loops
Install and maintain plant lighting infrastructure
Replace and align electric motors
Installation and maintenance of Safety Instrumented Systems
Knowledge of National Electric Code and Lanxess procedures to ensure right‑first‑time installation and repairs
Recommend process improvements to increase safety, reduce environmental issues, and increase equipment OEE
Experience / Skills
Technical certificate, associate degree, or 3‑5 years of experience
3‑5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in English language
Basic math skills
Mechanical ability
