Holly Ridge, LA Contract On‑Site Flexibility/Remote:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role

Assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance

Knowledge of Employment Laws

Strong ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)

Comfortable working in a construction/office environment

For this role, we would prefer someone more industry aligned to a high-volume labor/construction environment (No healthcare or hospitality)

Familiar supporting a fast‑paced workforce of field technicians, safety personnel, and construction teams, with the ability to manage competing priorities across field and office environments.
