Payroll & HR Coordinator
Loveland, CO | Full-Time | $60,000–$72,000 annually

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll & HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting both field and office teams.

What You’ll Do
Payroll Administration

Import daily time and field logs

Review payroll for accuracy and ensure proper tax application

Prepare and distribute payroll reports

Process raises, garnishments, terminations, and 401(k) contributions

Manage prevailing wage reporting and W-2 processing

Update benefits, wages, and crew lists weekly

Support payroll system implementation and provide time‑entry training

Experience using ADP for payroll processing and HRIS management is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Deltek ComputerEase or similar construction-focused accounting software is a plus.

Human Resources Coordination

Review candidates, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding

Coordinate drug testing, employee files, and new hire reporting

Maintain staffing spreadsheets and send company‑wide announcements

Monitor attendance and support corrective action processes

Assist with benefits enrollment and employee travel arrangements

Manage state‑specific employee registrations

Financial & Month‑End Reporting

Prepare journal entries (truck allocation, small tools, overhead clearing)

Assist with monthly financial and benefit reporting

Support additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed

What You Bring

2-3 years of payroll and office management experience

1+ year of HR experience preferred

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Intermediate math and computer skills

Ability to work independently within established procedures

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
