Position Summary
Experienced curing rubber operator with a solid background in operating and monitoring curing and rubber processing equipment. Skilled in maintaining product quality, following safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure consistent output in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Cures extruded tubes, performs quality checks, delivers mandrels to/from work stations, performs material handler/lift assist functions.
Responsibilities
Preps tubes to be specific length
Delivers stock of extruded tubes.
Loads stock in hotbox
Sprays mandrels with release agent
Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper
Loads uncured tubes on mandrels
Wraps/Unwraps tubes on mandrels
Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks
Performs quality checks in cured tubes
Records quality checks
Inspect ID/OD on each cured tube
Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
Operates autoclaves
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
This position starts at $23.34 and is eligible to reach top pay by step progression increases
