Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent through various sourcing channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. This role is vital in helping us attract high-caliber professionals and build strong, diverse teams to meet our client’s needs.
Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates across various industries.
Screening:

Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the client\'s requirements.
Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement:

Engage with potential candidates and nurture relationships, guiding them through the initial stages of the hiring process.
Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and priorities, ensuring a seamless transition from sourcing to recruitment.
Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging sourcing tools to continually enhance the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Reporting:

Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as candidate engagement, pipeline health, and time-to-fill for sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a focus on sourcing candidates.
Experience

working with talent pools in global remote markets is required.
Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers.
Knowledge of recruitment trends, sourcing best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience in recruiting for a wide range of roles across different industries is a plus.
