is searching for a High Volume Healthcare Recruiter to support our RPO/Project clients.

As a High Volume Recruiter, you will:

Develop a strong pipeline strategy for all RPO/Project clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing.

Optimize sourcing channels and proactively develop talent pools.

Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans.

Identify appropriate channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.

Design and implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.

Develop and optimize broad range sourcing channels to improve quantity and quality of talent pools.

Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.

Assist clients to define and develop a compelling employee value proposition and integrate it into the sourcing strategy.

Leverage media and communication channels to source, secure and promote relevant opportunities.

Develop and utilize effective candidate relationship management strategies to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.

Lead the framework for client sourcing strategies, including competitive intelligence gathering, targeted sourcing environments, and competitor research/talent maps.

Collaborate with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.

Deliver responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e‑mail, and other channels.

Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members.

Required Skills

2+ years of full‑cycle healthcare recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in a high‑volume or class‑based environment.

2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.

2+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.

2+ years of client‑facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.

2+ years of experience conducting competency‑based behavioral interviews.

High School Diploma.
