Overview
This role manages and optimizes Talent Acquisition systems, including
SmartRecruiters, Workday, and Clickboarding . You’ll partner with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to improve workflows, enhance system functionality, and drive efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Administer and optimize SmartRecruiters, Workday, and Clickboarding
Configure workflows, templates, automation, and user access
Design and improve end-to-end recruiting processes
Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Troubleshoot issues and partner with vendors for resolution
Identify and implement automation and system enhancements
Support TA technology projects (requirements, UAT, deployment)
Partner with HR, TA, IT, and stakeholders to drive efficiency
Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy/reporting
What You Bring
Required
5+ years in TA Operations, HRIS, or Recruiting Systems
Hands-on experience with:
Workday (Recruiting and/or HCM)
Clickboarding or similar tools
Experience configuring workflows and system automation
Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred
ATS implementations or system migrations
Experience with AI recruiting tools
Knowledge of global recruiting processes and compliance
Experience with system integrations

Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
