The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team and support clients across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to build relationships, own searches, and play a key role in shaping our growth.

What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting across accounting, finance, HR, and operations roles
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in the DFW market
Provide market insight and guidance to both clients and candidates
Manage the interview process, feedback, and offer negotiation
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
1–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate) preferred
Experience recruiting within accounting, finance, HR, or operations is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Motivated by performance and growth
