What the Work Looks Like
You'll follow up with inbound leads, run buyer and seller consultations, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients from the first call through closing. Many are moving here from out of state or overseas. Some are buying second homes. Some are relocating for biotech, tech, or research roles. Your job is to understand what they're actually looking for, help them make a good decision, and run a clean transaction.

How We Train You
Real estate isn’t just sales. It’s consultative sales. You’ll get year‑round coaching using the Challenger Sales Methodology—lead generation, client consultations, offer strategy, negotiations, and showings. Training continues beyond onboarding; it’s a partnership built on continuous learning.

In the beginning, we handle the heavy lifting on leads while you learn the craft. As you grow, we teach you how to build your own pipeline: working your sphere the right way, hosting open houses that convert, navigating LinkedIn, and leveraging AI. The leads we provide are the floor, not the ceiling.

What Comes With the Role

Qualified buyer and seller leads from our YouTube channel, Boston Street Pulse platform, and Brivity CRM database

Administrative, marketing, and listing coordination handled for you

Brivity CRM, scripts, content frameworks, and listing presentations already built

Year‑round coaching, not just onboarding

Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost

Who We're Looking For
Someone leaving healthcare, tech, teaching, sales, hospitality, project management, HR, or a similar field who wants to build a serious real estate business. You understand this is a partnership: we bring infrastructure, leads, and coaching, and you bring the work ethic to build alongside us. You will hit the phone, host open houses, navigate LinkedIn, and work your sphere the right way. You leverage AI instead of fearing it and take helping clients build wealth through real estate as seriously as you did your last career.

Responsibilities

Prospect and convert inbound and outbound leads

Conduct buyer and seller consultations

Negotiate contracts and guide clients through transactions

Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions

Follow daily prospecting standards

Deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications

This is a full‑time role, not a side gig

Schedule flexibility for evening and weekend client work

Coachable, even if you’ve been in the business for years

Understand this is consultative sales, not just relationship building or showing nice homes

Ready to follow proven systems and accept coaching

About Our Team
We’re the Street Property Team, powered by PLACE, based in Lexington. Top‑performing team at Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest, and the only PLACE‑powered team in the Boston area. We help clients find the balance between lifestyle and wealth building through real estate, and we hold every client interaction to a Four Seasons and Ritz‑Carlton level of service. We’ve built our business around content—our YouTube channel produces over 100 qualified leads a month. Our Boston Street Pulse media platform and a contact database built over 10+ years fill in the rest. We’re a team of three agents. The average client budget sits between $800K and $1.2M, with plenty in the $2M+ range. About 50% of our business is in Boston proper, the other 50% in Greater Boston suburbs.
