Responsibilities
Build and maintain a database of your sphere of influence
Generate and cultivate buyer and seller leads through outreach and follow-up
Convert assigned and self-generated leads into active clients
Follow a structured team process for lead tracking and client management
Attend daily/weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and lead review sessions
Host multiple open houses (typically weekends) to generate and convert clients
Conduct buyer and listing presentations
Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
Write, negotiate, and manage contracts to close
Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth transaction execution
Participate in team marketing, events, and client engagement efforts
Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
Self‑motivated with a strong desire for growth and production
Highly organized and process‑driven, while being adaptable
Resourceful problem‑solver under pressure
Excellent time management and follow‑through
Willingness to learn and execute proven systems, tools, and technologies
Professional, dependable, and ethical
Compensation
$87,500 - $123,500 at‑plan commission
