As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Laurinburg, NC.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty and delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience, perform lobby engagement, and educate customers on managing transactions with technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and performing daily branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Required experience and competencies include:

Work Experience: Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience, with comparable combinations of education, certification, and experience considered.
Education: No degree required.
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: None required; background checks required per CFPB regulations.
