Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority

Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks)

Perform interior/exterior painting & staining

Maintain HVAC systems (repair, troubleshooting)

Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained

Conduct routine preventative maintenance

Keep the maintenance shop & work areas clean and organized

Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance needs

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work Mon‑Fri from 8AM to 5PM and On‑Call 1 week, every other week

HVAC Certification Preferred

EPA License Preferred

Experience with Drywall, Painting & Carpentry

Basic Electrical Knowledge (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures)

Strong Problem‑Solving & Customer Service Skills

Effective Verbal & Written Communication

Willingness to Complete Training Within 30 Days
