Job Summary
We have an excellent opportunity for Chip Seal Spreader Operators in our Idaho Division located in the Boise area.

Responsibilities

Safely and productively perform chip seal operations using roller equipment

Communicate and listen effectively

Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel

Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues

Perform steady-to-intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking

Minimum Qualifications

One year or more experience operating roller equipment

Knowledge of the aspects of chip seal operations

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Valid driver's license

Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary with project demands

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Willingness to travel if job requires it

Pass pre‑employment drug screen
