Warehouse Conversion: QA - East

Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our fast-paced team. We prepare POS devices to ship directly to small businesses across the US. If you have prior experience in a warehouse role or are a tech-savvy individual, read on.
Responsibilities
Ensure all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.
Review pack lists to confirm contents of each order are properly included.
Maintain shipping materials inventory and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low.
Package inventory, including boxing and sealing materials to be sent.
Use an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.
Work with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are ready for shipment.
Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Live locally.
U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience as a picker/packer.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand‑held scanners.
Ability to sort packages correctly based on numbers and information.
Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem-resolution skills.
Intermediate PC skills.
Excellent attendance/punctuality; ability to work overtime as required.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Effective written and oral communication across functional areas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
