Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up with inbound leads provided by the team
Learn and apply the team's proven buyer and seller consultation process
Attend showings, open houses, and appointments as directed
Communicate consistently with clients throughout the buying or selling process
Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in the team CRM
Participate actively in team training sessions, role-plays, and coaching calls
Work toward your first closings with support from experienced team members
Qualifications
Active real estate license (required)
Eager to learn and open to coaching
Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help others
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
Comfortable working within a structured team system
No prior real estate transaction experience required
Background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
