Overview
Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional no‑touch dry van operations along the Eastern Seaboard. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' dry van tractors and must comply with company policies and federal safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Safely operate 53' dry van tractors for scheduled regional routes
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care
Handle primarily drop‑and‑hook freight and complete deliveries on schedule
Maintain accurate ELD or paper log records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules
Follow company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
Compensation & Benefits
$1,200–$1,400 per week (varies by miles/experience)
Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile; $15 per stop
Trainee pay: $650/week for initial 4–6 week training
Safety bonus: $0.06/mile for qualifying drivers
$300 paid orientation
Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days
Schedule & Routes
Regional Eastern Seaboard lanes, approximately 2,500 miles/week
Typical pattern: out about 12 days, home about 2 days (bi‑weekly home time)
Day or night driving as required
New drivers paired with a trainer for 4–6 weeks
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Age 21 or older
Recent CDL graduates encouraged; graduation from an accredited truck driving school preferred
Reasonably clean driving record (no DUI within 5 years; no disqualifying convictions under company policy)
Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screenings and required background checks
