
CDL A Regional Truck Driver - Welcoming CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for Eastern Seaboard regional, no‑touch dry van operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Safely operate 53' dry van tractors and complete scheduled regional deliveries.
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care.
Primarily drop‑and‑hook freight; follow assigned lanes and schedules.
Maintain accurate ELD/logbook records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules.
Compensation And Benefits
$1,200–$1,400 per week (typical)
$0.55–$0.65 per mile depending on experience.
$15 per stop.
Trainee pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for qualifying drivers (incident‑free record and average fuel economy requirement).
$300 paid orientation (one day at nearest hub).
Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days.
Schedule And Operations
Eastern Seaboard regional lanes; average ~2,500 miles per week.
Bi‑weekly home time (typical pattern: out ~12 days, home ~2).
Day or night driving as required.
New drivers ( Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; age 21 or older.
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
Reasonably clean driving record with no DUIs in the past 5 years and no disqualifying felonies/misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
No termination from most recent employment for cause.
Recent work history: at least 6 months in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years.
Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens.
Be prepared to meet safety and performance standards required for eligibility for bonuses and continued assignments.
