Complete service requests and general repairs
Assist with unit turns and make-ready work
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance issues
Perform routine property checks and upkeep
Coordinate with management on maintenance needs
Occasionally assist at nearby properties as needed
Qualifications
Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or similar
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Reliable and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
