Hyundai Rotem is a global heavy industry company that specializes in manufacturing rolling stock, military equipment and plant engineering. It is able to produce all types of rolling stock, including electric multiple units (EMUs), high-speed trains, engine locomotives, wireless trams and magnetic levitation (maglev) trains. In addition, it is ushering in the new era of eco-friendly hydrogen fuel by developing trains powered by hydrogen fuel cells along with hydrogen infrastructure and hydrogen markets.
General ledger maintenance:
Recording financial transactions, updating the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy of financial data
Bank statement reconciliation:
Matching bank transactions to accounting records and identifying discrepancies.
Accounts payable/receivable management:
Processing invoices, managing payments, and following up on outstanding receivables.
Financial reporting:
Supporting periodic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Tax preparation:
Assisting with gathering information and preparing tax documents.
Internal controls:
Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP).
Audit assistance:
Providing documentation and support during internal or external audits.
Data analysis:
Analyzing financial trends and identifying potential issues.
Perform other duties as assigned under the direction of the accounting manager

Strong attention to detail : Necessary for accurate record keeping and data entry.
Analytical skills : To interpret financial data and identify discrepancies
Proficiency in accounting software : Familiarity with programs like MS Office, Outlook, QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP(SAP FICO experience is preferred)
Excellent communication skills : To collaborate with colleagues and support upper management
Organizational skills : To manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Mathematics skills:
To perform calculations accurately
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar business related field or experience
Entry-level (1~3 yrs) accounting experience preferred
Bilingual(English and Korean) is preferred
