Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored insurance plans
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales and service goals
Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
Previous sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing targets
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
Bilingual skills are a plus
