Senior Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
Support daily operations across a Class‑A office building complex
Maintain HVAC, automatic doors, light bulbs, key locks & plumbing
Troubleshoot building system issues
Respond to service requests
Maintain professionalism and meet urgency
Requirements
Must have at least 5+ years of experience supporting commercial office space
Must have strong HVAC system experience as well as experience handling plumbing, key locks and automatic doors
Must maintain a positive, 'can do' spirit
Must possess strong communication skills
Must be comfortable working long hours on feet and responding to issues outside of regular business hours
