
Human Resources Coordinator

We’re growing and looking for an organized, people-friendly, detail-loving HR Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
This is the kind of role where no two days look exactly the same—and that’s part of the fun. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps keep our HR and recruiting operations running smoothly. From onboarding new hires to keeping systems organized to supporting employees with day-to-day needs, you’ll be a go-to person who makes things happen. If you love checklists, solving little puzzles, helping people, and making chaos look organized, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with accuracy and care
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and confidential documentation
Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
Help plan team events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
Keep HR processes organized, efficient, and continuously improving
Partner with leadership on special projects and people initiatives
Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees and candidates alike
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of HR, recruiting, office coordination, or administrative experience
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Professional, approachable, and great with people
Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Positive attitude and a sense of humor always appreciated
