Overview
Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business! General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. While working as an assistant manager for us, you will also be learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day!
Opportunities
Management Development Program allows store managers to apply for franchising opportunities.
General Managers can own their own business; only those with at least one year of management experience eligible to apply.
Career path includes Trainer or Regional Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Some management experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid U.S. employment authorization.
Friendly, works well with others, performs well under stress.
Organized and efficient time management.
Ability to multitask, motivate, train and develop a team.
Able to create employee schedules, place store food orders and maintain inventory.
Able to keep store employees in proper image and respond to customer concerns.
Must follow Domino’s policies and work as a team.
Must ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
Exceptional product quality dedication.
Compensation
Paid starting base hourly wage of $17.00.
Physical Requirements
Standing up to 15 minutes at a time; walking between store and delivery vehicle; paper work at desk.
Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying up to 12 pounds per tray.
Climbing stairs or a ladder occasionally.
Bending forward at the pizza assembly station.
Other tasks as described.
