Job Description

Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. If you have previous experience, the program allows for self‑paced learning and fast tracking to help you advance.

Opportunities! Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise.

Great Pay! Assistant managers are paid an industry‑competitive salary. They are also eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and incentives based on store profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications

Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and possess the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Some management experience is a plus.
