We are looking for an HR Generalist to help our growing team! The HR Generalist will oversee recruitment, employee relations, workers' compensation and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
Support employee relations investigations and issue resolution
Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate full‑cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
Assist hiring managers with selection and offer processes
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employment verifications, and disciplinary records
Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Benefits & Leave Administration
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions
Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.) as applicable
Coordinate with benefits vendors and payroll
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support audits and HR reporting requirements
Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Be a role model for Integrity, Courage and Conviction

Fluent Computer skills
Practical/pragmatic approach to problem solving & timely solution execution

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) preferred
