THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring

ONE

experienced

Propane Dispatcher

to join our logistics team.

This role requires:

Sharp decision-making

Constant communication

Total accountability

You will be responsible for building and adjusting

daily and emergency routes , coordinating with drivers, and ensuring customer commitments are met —

no excuses, no delays.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the schedule

— build, adjust, and execute daily and emergency delivery routes

Stay connected

— maintain constant communication with drivers throughout the shift

Adapt fast

— reroute around construction, delays, and last-minute changes

Support the field

— work directly with drivers to solve problems in real time

Deliver results

— ensure all routes meet contractual obligations and timelines

Coordinate assets

— dispatch drivers, equipment, and service vehicles where needed

WHAT IT TAKES

Proven

dispatch experience in the trucking industry

(non-negotiable)

Strong understanding of

regional routing and seasonal demand shifts

Ability to perform under

pressure without losing accuracy

Confidence working

independently within a team environment

Willingness to be

on-call and available weekends

Familiarity with

local and regional roadways

Preferred:

Experience with

pressurized tanker commodities (propane, butane, ammonia)

Requirements
What you need:

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to work in an office setting with weekend availability and be comfortable being on-call.

Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area.

Ability to work independently within a team environment in high pressure situations.

Experience with commodities hauled in pressurized tankers highly preferred.
