The Role
Own the Process: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for salaried roles, from initial kick-off to the final offer.
Be a Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and long-term team goals.
Source Smarter: Go beyond job boards. Use social media, networking, and niche databases to find "passive" talent.
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a professional and engaging experience.
Data-Driven: Track your metrics to help us sharpen our hiring strategy and stay competitive in the market.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in full-lifecycle corporate recruiting (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
A track record of hiring salaried professionals (Engineering, Ops, Management).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
People Skills: The ability to build instant rapport with both a shop floor manager and a C-suite executive.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
