
Bilingual HR Generalist

We are searching for a Bilingual HR Generalist to provide onsite support for a hospitality company with multiple locations. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $25 to $30 per hour.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts across multiple locations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, policy interpretation, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws within a regulated gaming environment.
Administer onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, and employee inquiries.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in an HRIS system.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and translation support for HR matters.
Partner with management to support employee engagement and workplace culture.
Perform additional HR-related duties as needed to support operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required.
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or similar systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) and gaming or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
