Job Description
Support a high‑profile corporate conference by managing 1:1 meeting floor operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering a polished attendee experience.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Arrive on time each day and support onsite event execution
Review conference playbook to understand logistics, schedules, and contacts
Facilitate communication with 1:1 meeting staff using Microsoft Teams on iPads
Manage real‑time meeting updates, cancellations, and scheduling changes
Field attendee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
Ensure all signage is properly placed across assigned floors
Conduct daily room checks (setup, cleanliness, readiness)
Maintain a quiet, professional meeting environment by managing hallway noise
Distribute company materials as needed
Inspect rooms for lost or confidential items and report to event staff
Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, onsite environments
Professional, approachable, and client‑facing demeanor
Experience working high‑end
corporate
or investment conference events
Ability to follow structured plans and adapt quickly to changes
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience supporting one‑on‑one meeting coordination
Experience in Financial Services / Investment Banking industry
