Full‑Time Document Imaging Specialist
The Full‑Time Document Imaging Specialist position is a back‑office role with minimal customer contact. The specialist is responsible for efficiently and accurately indexing scanned loan and deposit documents while verifying the quality of digital images.
Job Duties
Accurately index all loan and deposit related documents in the bank’s imaging system.
Classify scanned documentation by type through data entry and field form indexing according to established procedures.
Ensure that the image quality of scanned documents conforms to company standards.
Perform work at established production rates.
Perform other duties as assigned and support all areas of loan operations.
Contribute to the success of the department by sharing in all departmental responsibilities when required.
Comply with privacy policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulatory rules governing financial institutions.
Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training.
Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to perform a high volume of repetitive procedures with a very high degree of accuracy.
General banking knowledge, primarily relative to loan and deposit documentation, is a plus.
Indexing software experience is a plus.
Strong organization skills.
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on bank needs, as determined by supervisor.
Education, Experience & Licenses
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience working with Windows‑based software programs, data entry, and general PC skills.
Minimum 6 months of previous banking or general accounting experience preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm with a 1‑hour lunch break.
Work Location
Guaranty Bank & Trust, Mount Pleasant, TX. Must live within 30 minutes of the location below.

Physical Demands
• Sit for most of the shift; use hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle, or feel.
• Talk or hear.
• Occasionally stand, walk, lift, or reach with hands and arms.
• Operate routine office equipment (computer terminals, keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, calculators).
• Perform work on a computer for an average of 6‑8 hours per day, when necessary.
• Work extended hours or travel off‑site as required or requested by management.
• Climb/descend stairs in an emergency situation.
• Maintain close visual acuity for tasks such as data preparation, transcription, computer viewing, extensive reading, and visual inspection of small defects or parts.
