Job Summary
Support daily warehouse dock operations within a distribution facility
Handle, organize, and move fresh flower shipments in a fast‑paced, cold storage environment
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments at the warehouse dock
Sort, stage, and organize flowers and related products for distribution
Assist with receiving and verifying incoming deliveries
Prepare and stage orders for outgoing trucks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dock and warehouse areas
Follow proper handling procedures to preserve product quality
Work in refrigerated/cold storage areas as needed
Support general warehouse operations and team needs
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred (not required)
Comfortable working in a cold, fast‑paced, physically demanding role
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated conditions
Work Environment
Indoor warehouse facility with loading dock operations
Cold storage environment, team‑focused workplace
