PlaneSense, Inc., which manages and operates a large fleet of Pilatus PC-12 & PC-24 aircraft on behalf of fractional share owners, seeks to hire a highly capable and self-motivated person for the full-time position of

Crew Logistics Associate

in Portsmouth, NH. This position performs a complete spectrum of aviation-related Customer and Crew Service work within its Flight Operations Center (FOC).

The Flight Operations Center (FOC) functions as the operational nerve center for PlaneSense, Inc. and Cobalt, LLC. inside the highly regulated and rapidly changing aviation industry. The primary directive of the Crew Logistics Associate is to provide logistical and situational awareness support for Owner and Crew Support Representatives. Accurate and complete execution of assigned duties and responsibilities is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Logistical support in the arrangement and management of crew logistics including:

Accommodations

Transportation

Relocation

Coordination and execution of logistical needs for assigned aircraft including:

FBO arrival and departure arrangements

Preliminary review of applicable weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs

Securement of parking, arrival, and departure slots

Processing and reviewing flight logs

Issuing of flight itineraries

Crew rest and duty notifications

Other duties may be assigned by FOC leadership

Qualifications

English verbal and written skills

High aptitude for learning

Driven to contribute

Personal and professional resilience

Capable of working assigned shift that may include early mornings and late nights, weekends, and holidays

Education and/or Work Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year in a service industry preferred

Minimum 1 year in a direct client facing role preferred

Aviation and travel experience preferred

Schedule: (Subject to change)
Wednesday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Qualified candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Portsmouth, NH.

Qualified candidates must be available to work any of these schedules.
