Job Description
KTTB is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with construction defect experience to join our innovative practice in Irvine. This is a "hands‑on" role where you will be involved in every stage of complex civil litigation/construction defect. You will work closely with partners to advocate for property owners and recover meaningful compensation across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management:

Manage cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.

Drafting & Filing:

Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Depositions & Evidence:

Conduct depositions and collaborate closely with technical experts and clients.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work under partner supervision while taking ownership of assigned matters to drive results.

Qualifications

Licensure:

Active member of the California State Bar (Required).

Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Attributes:

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience:

5 years of previous experience in plaintiffs work or construction defect litigation is preferred; background in construction or engineering is a significant plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$135,000 – $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
