Job Description
Handle real estate and mortgage-related litigation matters from drafting through case progression
Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
Review, analyze, and organize client documents and case materials
Collaborate with legal staff to coordinate case management and keep files moving efficiently
Attend hearings and other legal proceedings
Perform legal research and analysis with support from experienced attorneys
Communicate regularly with clients and provide timely case updates
Manage a meaningful caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Willingness to obtain Kansas and Kentucky licensure required
1+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred
Real estate, foreclosure, mortgage servicing, creditor rights, or related experience preferred
Strong drafting, organization, and deadline management skills
Professional client communication skills and a strong work ethic
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment
