Our highly regarded international law firm is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its White Collar & Investigations practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build on experience in internal investigations, government-facing matters, and complex disputes within a collaborative and sophisticated platform.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience in white collar matters, investigations, and complex civil, regulatory, or criminal litigation. The associate will work closely with experienced practitioners on sensitive, high‑stakes matters involving investigations, enforcement issues, and complex disputes.
Representative work may include:
Assisting with internal and external investigations
Handling matters involving government or regulatory scrutiny
Supporting defense of white collar and enforcement‑related matters
Working on complex civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation
Drafting motions, memoranda, and other substantive written work
Managing fact development, witness preparation, and case strategy support
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant white collar, investigations, and complex litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Law review or journal experience is a plus
Federal court or state supreme court clerkship experience is strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
