Litigation Attorney – Community Association Law
Winter Springs (Orlando), Florida
Kaye Bender Rembaum is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our Winter Springs, Florida office. The attorney’s practice will focus on litigation on behalf of community associations, including construction defect and construction contract disputes, enforcement of governing documents, disputes arising from association operations and governance, and other contract and commercial litigation matters involving community association clients.
The ideal candidate brings strong legal research and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage cases effectively from inception through resolution. This attorney will represent association clients in court, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal advice to boards and property managers.
Minimum of five (5) years of civil litigation experience required.
Salary will depend on experience.
This is an in-office position, with flexibility as needed. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Winter Springs office.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through hearings, trial, and appeal.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case strategy
Stay current on legal developments affecting community associations
Advise clients regarding legal rights, risks, and obligations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the Florida Bar
At least five (5) years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
Professional judgment, accountability, and client-focused mindset
