Job Summary: A well-established plaintiff law firm in the San Fernando Valley with 28 years in practice is seeking an experienced workers' compensation attorney to join a busy, high-volume WC practice. Cases come to you; a full support staff is already in place, and your focus is entirely on delivering results for clients.

Responsibilities
Active California State Bar license in good standing
Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side workers compensation experience
Strong command of WCAB procedures, medical-legal process, and PD ratings
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
Handle a steady incoming caseload of plaintiff WC matters from assignment through resolution
Guide cases through the medical-legal process, PD ratings, and WCAB proceedings
Appear at MSCs, rating hearings, and settlement conferences
Negotiate resolutions with defense counsel and adjusters
Serve a bilingual (English/Spanish) client base
Compensation
15% of attorney fees generated on your cases — with a guaranteed monthly floor of $10,000. No cap on earnings. This is a remote position.
