We are seeking a full-time associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to support our partners, with a background in the areas of business counsel, transactions and real estate. The candidate should be proactive, possess excellent follow-through, and be able to prioritize a variety of assignments.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Draft contracts and other business documents
Prepare for and attend residential and commercial real estate closings
Manage files and ensure that all legal documents are organized and filed appropriately
Appear in court as necessary on probate and commercial matters
Requirements
Licensed to practice in Illinois
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in legal writing and research
Ability to learn and understand complex and unique legal matters
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service
