Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Litigation Attorney
licensed in Texas with at least
four (4) years of litigation experience
to handle a broad range of
commercial and business litigation matters . The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer, skilled researcher, and self-directed attorney capable of managing an active docket with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
Conduct legal research and provide clear, well-reasoned legal analysis
Manage cases and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality work product
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Qualifications
Active license and good standing with the
State Bar of Texas
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience , preferably in commercial and/or business litigation
Excellent
legal writing and research skills
Strong drafting skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage a litigation docket with
minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Professional judgment and client-focused mindset
