Job Title: Analyst
Business Unit: Private Capital
Location: Whippany, NJ
Responsibilities
Reporting, analysis, presentations, and ad‑hoc portfolio‑related projects, as well as providing support for senior team members.
Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to manage and report on portfolio performance and risk.
Supporting the writing of investment recommendations with due diligence support for transactions.
Monitoring market movements with industry and company research and communicating with portfolio companies.
Portfolio and credit monitoring.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or June 2026. Master’s or other advanced degrees are ineligible.
Demonstrated interest in finance or economics.
Strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, remaining detail‑oriented and client‑focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with management‑level professionals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship, now or at any point in the future.
Location Expectation
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected salary range: $100,000. The role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
