Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern for a full‑time 8‑week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands‑on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, solve real problems, and help make operations run smoother. This position will be based on‑site at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. The schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday‑Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.
What you’ll do
Partner with peers and leadership to learn S&OP
Learn about the latest technology in citrus production
Lead and deliver an operations improvement project
Learn the fundamentals of continuous improvement
Update and develop departmental standard operation procedures
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Qualifications
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self‑directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Pay Rate : $18.50 per hour.
