Chemist – Nanocoatings
DFW onsite position
We’re looking for a hands‑on chemist who’s interested in nanocoatings and surface technology to join our R&D team. This is a great opportunity to gain real‑world lab experience, work on innovative products, and learn from an experienced team in a fast‑growing field.

What You’ll Do

Help develop and improve

nanocoating formulations

Run lab experiments to test and refine products

Assist with adjusting formulations based on project or customer needs

Track and report progress on your work to your supervisor

Support production and scale‑up when needed

Keep organized and accurate lab notes and documentation

Work with different teams to support product development and improvements

Help prepare and update SDS and TDS documents

Perform testing to ensure products meet performance standards

Prepare and send samples for external testing

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry or a related field

2+ years of industry experience, preferably in coatings, polymers, or surface technologies

Strong hands‑on experience in formulation development and product scaling

Experience with nano‑materials, coatings systems, or advanced surface treatments is highly preferred

Proven ability to lead projects and work cross‑functionally

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly

Ability to work on‑site and thrive in a collaborative environment
