Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Provide school-based mental health services, including workshops, small groups, and classroom interventions. Deliver Tier II and Tier III supports with a caseload of 15-25 direct care per week.

Caseload Management & Documentation
Manage a culturally responsive caseload, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation in compliance with agency guidelines.

Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with the School Behavioral Health Team and participate in the School Strengthening Workplan. Communicate progress in bi-weekly meetings with the wellness/mental health team.

Evaluation & Reporting
Write required reports, attend DBH/DOH meetings as needed, and ensure accurate billing for treatment services.

School Engagement
Organize school-wide activities, including wellness events for families and staff, and support students using organizational resources like counseling or case management.

Skills & Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (LGSW/LGPC required).

Experience
1-3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services for youth or adults preferred.

Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and culturally sensitive service delivery. Strong ability to adapt, manage change, and demonstrate respect for cultural differences.
