Position Summary
Assist PI and other lab members with genetic and cell biological experiments. Analyze data. Record results. Supervise care of Drosophila stocks. Manage all aspects of the lab, hiring, training and supervising undergraduate lab assistants, ordering supplies and managing lab finances.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Previous experience using genetic, cell biological or molecular approaches.
Special Physical/Mental Requirements
N/A
