Practice seeking a skilled and compassionate BC/BE General/Colorectal Surgeon to provide high-quality surgical care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
Initial work: 20-30% colorectal, 50% scopes, remaining cases general surgery
Perform minimally invasive robotic surgical procedures as well as traditional open procedures; some minor surgeries may be performed in the office
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Share the call schedule 1:4 with the existing team of three physicians and one PA
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $330,000 - $350,000, competitive base salary commensurate with experience/training, with opportunity for productivity and quality incentives
