Position Summary
The Nurse Manager / Clinical Supervisor – Infusion (RN) provides clinical leadership, staff supervision, and oversight of infusion and skilled nursing services. This role ensures excellent patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical support across multiple service areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, CHHAs, and caregivers
Oversee and support infusion therapy services, including IV medications, monitoring, and documentation
Conduct patient assessments, start‑of‑care visits, and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on infusion therapy, medications, and care plans
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JCO) standards and Massachusetts state regulations
Perform clinical audits, supervisory visits, and chart reviews
Coach, mentor, and guide nursing staff and caregivers on best clinical practices
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, caregivers, and BrightStar Care leadership
Support case management, scheduling coordination, and continuity of care
Be available as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet clinical needs
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience (home health, infusion, or acute care preferred)
Infusion therapy experience required
Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and Massachusetts regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
