Full‑Time Patient Care Specialist
in Hampton, VA.
Location: Hampton, VA
Shift: Monday‑Friday, Dayshift. No nights, holidays, or weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide non‑clinical support within the physician's office.
Ensure an excellent patient experience by performing complex administrative tasks.
Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient questions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality care.
Education
HS Diploma.
Associate level degree or higher is considered in lieu of required experience.
Experience
3 years of customer service experience required.
1 year experience with health insurance plans, medical records data, medical terminology, registration, scheduling, or third‑party payers.
