Overview
Hearth Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On‑Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On‑Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Responsibilities
Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support in critical moments.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs to truly connect.
Maintain accurate documentation to meet agency and regulatory standards.
Support families by sharing knowledge, guiding, and reassuring them while caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license.
Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in medical‑surgical/acute care (hospice experience preferred).
Computer proficiency, including EMR.
Current CPR certification if required by state.
Salary
$68,000 - $78,000 per year (average pay range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
