Responsibilities

Respond to a variety of patient needs from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support in critical moments.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, fulfilling both agency and regulatory standards.
Offer support to families, sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical-surgical or acute care setting; hospice experience is a plus.
Computer proficient in typing and various programs, including EMR.
Current CPR certification, if required by state.
Compensation

$79,000 - $90,000 per year (average pay range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
