Compensation:

$89,000-$105,000 salary, plus incentive bonus and benefits (salary based on experience, location and other job‑related factors).

About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.

Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients’ mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.

Encourage patients to follow Plan of Care and follow up if noncompliance occurs.

Utilize support staff and delegate when applicable.

Participate in driving a collaborative culture based on our service vision.

Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficient computer skills for documentation and record‑keeping.
